From humble beginnings in marketing automation and systems back in 2008, Aveline has evolved the business to align with her core values of integrity, trust and freedom.
The team has grown over this time to include people with core strengths in sales, marketing, copywriting, design, branding, automation technology, website design and website development.
We have the utmost respect for each other and aim to be the leading Customer Journey Marketing Automation agency in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

Hello! I’m passionate about fixing broken journeys and helping businesses to create amazing experiences for their customers.
I was Australia’s first Infusionsoft Certified Partner in 2009 and since then have continued to help businesses from across the globe in all aspects of marketing automation, strategy, process and the end-to-end customer experience.
My years of experience in corporate Australia and in particular for the NAB, gave me the opportunity to create large scale engagement and cultural change projects that involved marketing automation systems, process and people.
What is unique about me is my ability to understand a person’s true issue, find the right technology solution and then translate that into a marketing automation solution that focuses on the people experience!
Koray Serbest

- His results-driven approach consistently delivers strategic business solutions, elevating customer satisfaction and impacting the bottom line. At the core of this approach is his desire to understand the person first, then make a connection with them before taking the next step.
- Outside of work, Koray is a devoted father, relishing precious moments with his daughter. He enjoys spending time with friends, keeping physically active, being out in nature, and recharging via long country motorbike rides.

Remeny has over 20 years’ experience working for a variety of businesses in client advocacy and insight research and marketing. She has interviewed hundreds of end-clients to gain their insight into what they really want from their agencies. She helps businesses understand what their clients REALLY think about them with the goal of turning their clients into advocates. Her experience has helped build relationships between businesses and their clients in a humancentric way; whilst feeding back ways that can improve and grow a business that feeds into marketing, new business and client engagement strategies.
